He honed his skills working with elite Property Management Firms, Real Estate Entrepreneurs, and Franchise Corporations that own large portfolios of commercial and multi-family properties throughout the West coast. Garrick has participated in everything from acquisitions, remodeling rental properties single family homes and muti-family, manufactured home development, improved property sales, and renovation of long term property holdings.
